Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with Bakd Crumbs, a proprietorship based in Thane, Maharashtra, through our website, Instagram, WhatsApp or another channel we have authorised.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. About our products

We bake and sell fresh, 100% eggless cookies, sold in packs of three, five or seven, which you can mix from any of the flavours available.

Every cookie is baked by hand, so shape, size, colour, texture and appearance vary a little from one to the next. That variation is how the product is, not a fault.

Our FSSAI licence number is 21526014001638.

2. Product information

We take reasonable care to keep descriptions, photographs, ingredients, nutrition information, prices and sizes accurate and current.

Photographs are there to show you the product honestly, but a freshly baked cookie will not match a photograph exactly. Lighting, screens, baking conditions and natural variation all make a difference.

Please read the description, ingredients and nutrition information for a product before you order it.

3. Allergens and dietary information

Every product we make is 100% eggless. Eggless is not the same as allergen-free.

The full ingredient list for each product is shown on its page. Please read it before ordering.

Our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles other ingredients, so we cannot guarantee that any product is free from unintended allergen cross-contact unless we have said so for that product.

If you have an allergy or intolerance, contact us before ordering and we will share the information we hold.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once we have accepted it and, where payment applies, received it.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • we cannot deliver to the address given;
  • there is an obvious pricing, product or listing error;
  • the details we were given are incomplete or incorrect; or
  • something prevents us from fulfilling the order safely or reasonably.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, any refund due is handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices change from time to time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when the order is confirmed.

Delivery charges, taxes, customisation charges and any other costs are shown before you confirm.

Payment must go through successfully using the method offered for the order, unless we have agreed something else with you in writing.

6. Delivery

We use third-party courier and delivery partners. We do not run our own delivery service.

Delivery estimates are shown by region before you order and are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, traffic, weather and other disruptions outside our reasonable control can affect them.

Please give us accurate delivery details: recipient name, complete address, contact number, and anything else needed to complete the delivery. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by details that were incorrect or incomplete.

If an order is damaged, lost or misdelivered on the way to you, tell us and we will investigate with the delivery partner. See the Return & Refund Policy for how and when to report it.

7. Freshness, shelf life and storage

Nothing is baked until you order it.

Unless a product says otherwise, our cookies keep for 14 days when stored as described in the instructions sent with the order.

After delivery, storage and handling are yours to manage. Heat, moisture, direct sunlight and long exposure after opening all affect quality.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Ask to cancel as soon as you can. Because cookies are baked for a specific order, cancelling may not be possible once preparation has started.

As our products are perishable food, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges after delivery. We do replace or refund orders that arrive wrong, incomplete, damaged, spoiled or genuinely faulty.

Our Return & Refund Policy sets out what qualifies, the time limits for telling us, and what we will need from you. It forms part of these Terms.

Nothing here excludes or restricts any right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

9. Custom and made-to-order products

For customised, personalised, gifting and corporate orders, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you give us and approve — names, dates, text, designs, images and quantities among them.

We are not responsible for errors that follow from details supplied or approved by you.

Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled or changed unless we agree or the law requires it.

10. Intellectual property

The Bakd Crumbs name, logo, photographs, graphics, designs, written content and packaging designs belong to us or are used with permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without our written permission, except where the law allows it.

11. Customer content

If you send us photographs, reviews or other content, we will use it for marketing or promotion only where you have given us permission to do so.

12. Promotions and offers

Discounts, coupon codes, giveaways and campaigns may carry their own terms.

Unless we say otherwise, offers cannot be combined, and they may be limited by availability, quantity or a minimum order.

We may withdraw or change an offer where the law permits.

13. Our responsibility

We take reasonable care in preparing, packing and dispatching every order.

We are not responsible for things outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, traffic, weather, operational disruption, details given to us incorrectly, or handling and storage after delivery.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to an order is the one published when that order is placed.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra, so far as the law permits.
